40+ years of experience in various aspects of oil industry operations and technology development that includes seven US patents, numerous business start-ups and supply of products and services to the oil industry.  He is founding partner of Fivestones Energy, LLC, founder and Director of Tarpon Pipe and Supply, LP., founder and Chairman of LatAm Forest Trading, founding partner of Composite Lining Systems, LLC, and Fivestones Ventures, Inc.  He has 23 years of experience as a non-operating investment partner in many oil and gas drilling and production programs.

Tim Spencer – CFO

BBA Accounting, Texas Tech University  

40+ years of finance and accounting and business management. He has served in executive management positions in Fortune 500 to start-up companies, including public accounting (KPMG Peat Marwick - 9 years), banking (First American Bank and Bank One - 8 years) and privately held oil and gas, real estate, restaurants and manufacturing. Tim is currently CFO of Fivestones Energy, Austin Fixe LLC (a restaurant holding company) and LatAm Forest Trading, LLC (an international biomass company).  Tim is a CPA and has been involved in all sizes of capital funding and equity structures.
